“Skills -n- Drills”: Gymnastics & Olympic Lifting

Our goal is to allow you to develop the foundation for success by taking it back to the basics in gymnastics and Olympic lifting. Learn to be patient in developing proper strength, technique, body awareness, control, and accuracy. Then apply those components to improve your cycling and ability to increase your volume. We want to prepare you for the 2019 CF OPEN over the course of 10 weeks.

Each class will have 3 different Levels to accommodate each athlete and their individual abilities at that time.

There will be 2 gymnastics classes each month (1st and 3rd Tuesday), and 2 olympic lifting classes each month (2nd and 4th Tuesday). Both classes will have a 9:30-10:30AM session and a 6PM-7PM session.

TWO days of additional and highly suggested accessory work will be available through Wodify. This accessory work should be done on a non gymnastics or non oly lifting class day (ie M,W,TH, or F). It should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Add it in post workout or during your free time.
