Based on the same training concepts as CrossFit, Unloaded removes the higher level movements (Snatches, Cleans, Muscle-ups, etc…) and the heavier loaded movements. Although Unloaded is still high intensity training it incorporates more accessory movements, balance, body weight, dumbbell, kettle-bell, aerobic and corrective exercise.
