Unlike group training (CrossFit, Unloaded, etc…) personal training is tailored directly to the individual. Personal Training takes into account the clients individual goals, movement inefficiencies, injuries, and current fitness level. ALL of our Personal Trainers are certified via NASM, AFFA, ISSA, and or OPEX for this specific type of training.
