FXT began as an outlet to empower people to achieve better health and fitness. Since 2014 we’ve grown a lot and so has our dedication to our mission. There are many paths and definitions of success. Your goal may be weight loss, getting stronger, or every day fitness. It could be competition or to assist another sport. Maybe you’re on the mend and need help reclaiming functional movement. Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving our posture as well as alleviate 'everyday' aches and pains. Working mobility exercises improves body awareness and helps in movement pattern. This is an important part of your fitness training,and it’s free, so do it:)



FXT takes time outside of your program and focuses on teaching you progression exercises that build a great base of strength and structure of break downs in readiness of advanced gymnastic and barbell movements.



If you are looking for an area to get in extra work or need to train outside of your class time, take advantage of our Functional Fitness side. Fully equipped with cardio pieces, free weights, lifting platforms, with turf for plenty of room for activities.
